Now that spring is here, enjoy outdoor exercise in the neighborhood! BHV Member Margaret Hilton offers free Asahi classes on Saturday mornings at 10:30-11:30 (and Rain Dates the following Monday. Asahi is a simple and healthy idea from Finland--a series of easy, gentle exercises that can be practiced indoors or out, with no weights or special equipment. Movements and breathing are synchronized at a slow tempo to warm up, exercise, and relax the whole body, strengthen the legs, and develop balance.
