Triangle Garden Work Crew: Means what it says! From May- October meets once or twice a month on Saturday from 9AM-11AM to tend, weed, and care for the community public garden located at Garfield and Roosevelt Streets.Opportunity to share gardening interests and expertise. Tasks assigned according to interests.

Voices in the Village: Highlights talented neighborhood experts, Speakers and performers have included foreign policy experts, environmental leaders, artists, musicians, and children book authors. Meets every other month, usually on Sunday during winter months from 1-2 PM. Presentations by Zoom or in person.
Walking Group: Members meets for a 45-minute walk in neighborhood. Get to know your neighbors in this group. Meets the second and fourth Wednesday of the month at 10 AM. We walk most when weather is nice and temperature is between 32 and 85 degrees.
Annual Forum & Seasonal Celebrations: BHV organizes an annual winter Public Forum with speakers who address issues of importance. Past speakers have included among others elected officials U.S. Rep. Jamie Raskin, former MD Attorney General Brian Frosh, and MD State Senator Ariana B. Kelly. BHV also has seasonal celebrations, often a Winter and a Summer holiday party with music, food, and friendship.
