About this event
The Garden Crew will be returning to the Triangle Garden. The main focus will be some gentle clean-up and weeding in preparation for the coming season. We will, of course, be following the gardening advice of eminent entomologists such as Doug Tallamy and Heather Holm (please see the “Gardening for Nature” article elsewhere in this month’s newsletter). We will leave the leaf-litter in place on the garden beds where it will continue to shelter many still-dormant insects and will wait to cut back last year’s perennials until temperatures are consistently in the 50s and above. Many hands make light work, so please consider dropping in to help. Wear your hat and sunscreen, bring your favorite gardening tools, and join the fun!
